The idea in brief: Companies from Talent intensive sectors identify MBA students from FISB early and
we together develop them in a customized manner for 2 years to prepare them for this company which
will have the first right to refusal for this corporate ready MBA.
The objective being to enhance identified student's employability in the sector and for the company-
create a regular stream of managers every year ready to be deployed on day-1.
In the area of company's business, We shall make our students go through the following modules:
1. Sector Understanding Module
2. Interactions with sector professionals (through regular guest lectures from professionals)
3. Internships in the company/ sector companies
We will like to then leverage this better preparedness of our students in the sector for getting them to
undertake internships and employment in the company/ sector.
Our students can undertake two 2-month internships every year (March - April and July- August). If
the students fare well, the companies may hire them again for subsequent internships and finally, on
completion of their MBA, as employees.
The companies can expect the following:
1.
Good commitment and very strong work from the students with continuity.(The same students may
come for 3 internships over 18 months)

Value addition from their work. All our students are supported by our faculty members who will
meet them alternate Sundays to guide them in their projects during internships.
3.
Prepared Interns- All our students have gone through Modular courses in SCM, ERP, Selling skills,
sector Domain program from Industry professionals in addition to their University courses.
4. The students shall also be available on Mondays and Tuesday (our weekly offs) right thru their MBA
program.
The expectation from the company is that it will Provide the students a good learning opportunity and
interaction with managers. |
