Profiles of the visiting international faculty Members

1. Mr. Milind Khot
Mr. Khot is currently involved with implementing quality systems and culture change at Transpower New Zealand.
He has been associated with manufacturing and quality for about 30 years. Starting his professional career as an electrical engineer on the manufacturing floor of Crompton Greaves in Mumbai, he was associated with processes, production, people, performance and quality in ample measure. Later as an Improvement Manager he was deeply involved with Total Quality, as the champion behind implementing it within the company.
He was also associated with the ISO certification processes as a Lead Assessor. As a part of the improvement management movement he was instrumental in involving People and Performance (formerly called HR) within the TQM framework. Later, Milind used his TQM knowledge and skill as a consultant to many small and medium scale organizations, helping them improve processes, performance and profits. Milind has also been a visiting faculty to the Symbiosis management institutes in Pune on the subject of Total Quality and Improvement Management. He has also spoken at various forums on quality, and conducted training sessions for many organisations on Total Quality awareness.
 
2. Stephanie Evans
Stephanie is an international expert on Business English and Communication skills. She completed her T. Cert and B Ed. Education from the Manchester University and L. èsL degree from the Lille University. In a career spanning 30 years she has helped thousands of students help improve their communication and language skills. She is currently the Joint CEO of TELAB SARL, France. She has been in the teaching, training, sales, export, quality control and liaison functions. She has served organisations like Lok Kei Hong KongLtd, SKD Pacific Ltd, Colonial Pacific Ltd. - Hong Kong, China; Trans Eurasia Ltd, Singapore and Taiwan among other organisations. She is currently based in Paris.
 
3. Alda Monterio D.
Alda, an US citizen, is Vice President, Prudent Insurance Brokers. Alda is a B.A. in Urban Studies/Economics from Columbia University, USA. She began her career as a Research Analyst in the Oil & Gas Industries with Dillon, Read & Co., Inc, New York. She served Convergys Services as a Trainer and Sr. Instructional Designer before launching Prudent Insurance. She now manages International Employee Benefits at Prudent Insurance Brokers.
 
4. Madhu P Pillai
Mr Pillai is an Electrical Engineer with double Post-Graduations in Business Management and Human Resources Management, and has 23 years of multifaceted experience across Projects & Maintenance fields in India, Nigeria, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and USA. Mr Pillai holds multiple professional certifications as Project Management Professional (PMP), Associate Value Specialist (AVS) and Certified Cost Consultant (CCC). He is a recipient of the prestigious Millennium Achiever Award of International Institute of Success Awareness and was awarded the O T Zimmerman Founder's award by AACE International in 2008 for his contribution to cost engineering professional community. He is a frequent speaker in international project management events including OMAINTEC International Conference, Project Management Leadership International Conference, PMI Global Congresses, IPMA (International Project Management Associates) World Congress, AACE Global Annual Meeting etc. Mr Pillai is on the
international forum of PMI on enhancing the professional re-certification programs around the world. He has also served on the nomination committee of PMI for the International board election. Currently he serves on the Board of Directors for AACE International. He is currently associated at senior management level with a multinational EPC company in Middle East.
 
5. Kuniya Matsumoto
Mr. Matsumoto completed his education from KYOTO UNIVERSITY, JAPAN. He has over 3 decades of experience in different sectors including SHEET-METAL and METAL CUTTING MACHINES, in different Countries including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan and India. He is the founder president and CEO of Amada subsidiary in India, its current CEO and is part of the India strategic Cell. He is an expert in developing businesses in emerging economies. Mr. Matsumoto has deep expertise in the area of international marketing, service operations, manufacturing, International trade and building organisations.
 
6. Shelli Koffman
Shelli completed her education from The New School, New York in Liberal Arts and from the Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies. She has been a Project Consultant/Strategist on Sustainable Development in the area of CSR initiatives including Health Awareness, Municipal Solid Waste Management and Vocational Training. She has also been a Marketing Consultant and has served in the international travel industry and as a volunteer in the area of Conservation and reconstruction projects. She has been a regular performer in plays as an actor and a director. Her areas of interest are cross-cultural skills and international communication.
 
7. Dr. Anu WADHWA
Anu Wadhwa completed her Ph.D. in Business Administration from Washington Business School. She also holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering. She has several years of teaching experience in areas of management and computer science at the University of Washington and at Portland State University. Dr. Wadhwa is currently a faculty member at Swiss Federal Institute at Lausanne, Switzerland in the area of strategy & management.

8. Eric Lane
Eric Lane to help First India School of BusinessInternational trainer and educationist, Eric lane from USA visited First India School of Business on 28, 2009. He is a part of First India School of Business visiting faculty staff from the current academic year.
