The First India Advantage

Firstly, the biggest advantage comes from our Two-year Extended Corporate Internship Programme (TECIP) along with studies for all our students of MBA and BBA programmes. Under this programme every student undertakes a compulsory internship for 8-16 hours every week for an extended period of two-years along with a course curriculum. This exposure provides the students with real world experience and an oppurtunity to apply their class room learning on an on-going basis. This also provides the students a better oppurtunity to get recruited by the orgnization with which they are associated for the two-year period. More than 25 organization have already communicated their intent to First India School of Business for TECIP.

Executive and Management Development Programmes

The Centre for Executive and Management Education (CEME) primarily offers three types of programmes designed for executives with a high potential for leadership.
Open Enrolment Programmes- These are intense programmes that involve research based knowledge sharing in management subjects such as finance, marketing, strategy, leadership, and others. They are typically of a short duration and usually run for three to five days.

General Management Programmes - These are high profile programmes for top management executives and for executives transitioning into general management roles after successfully heading different functions or departments. These programmes usually run for two to three weeks and sometimes allow for interaction with international executives of the participating B-school.

Custom Designed Programmes - The CEME designs special programmes for large organisations to address specific issues faced by them. A team of CEME executives and faculty study the issues faced by the organisation, identify the learning needs, and design a programme specifically to address those needs.
